1. Cancellation Procedures
1.1 Client Responsibility: To cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, clients must provide a minimum of 24Hrs notice. Notice should be provided via email or text message or phone call. If unable to speak to a representative then voice message will be sufficient.
1.2 Service Provider's Responsibility: We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling or cancellations requested with the required notice period. If a cancellation is not made within the specified notice period, a cancellation fee may apply.
2. Cancellation Fees
2.1 Short Notice Cancellation: If a client cancels a cleaning appointment without providing the required notice, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total service cost may be charged to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 48hrs of the service completion. We will make every effort to address and resolve your concerns.
1.2 Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are eligible in the following situations:
- Service was not performed according to the agreed-upon scope of work.
- Damage occurred to client property during the cleaning service.
- A billing error occurred.
2. Refund Process
2.1 Request for Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@chicagocarpetrevival.com. Provide the following information:
- Date of service.
- Description of the issue or reason for the refund request.
- Your contact information.
2.2 Refund Evaluation: Our team will review the refund request and the circumstances surrounding it. We may require additional information or documentation to process the refund.
2.3 Refund Decision: Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days of the request. Refunds will be provided in the original form of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Refund Limitations
3.1 No-Show Appointments: Refunds will not be provided for client no-show appointments or appointments canceled within the required notice period.
3.2 Partial Refunds: Refunds may be partial, depending on the circumstances and the extent of the issue.
